Save the Date or Wedding Website — which do I need?
A Save the Date is your first announcement: your date, location, photos and countdown, with a button guests can use to add the date to their calendar. Save the Dates are available now. The Burgundy Wedding Website brings together the full celebration, travel information, your story and personal RSVP replies. Explore its demo now; Wedding Website purchases open soon.
What do guests receive with a Save the Date?
A link to your Save the Date. It opens in their browser with an animated envelope, your names, photos, date, location and countdown. Guests can add the date to their calendar.
How does RSVP work on a Wedding Website?
Each household receives its own personal RSVP link, with the number of guests included. Replies, meal choices and dietary notes appear in your private studio. The public website link is for exploring the invitation; guests use their personal link to reply. Try the sample form in the Burgundy demo. RSVP is not included in Save the Dates.
Can I change the details later?
Yes. Edit your Save the Date in your studio and publish the updates during your access period. Your guest link stays the same as your plans take shape.
How long does my Save the Date stay online?
Your Save the Date includes 18 months of access from activation. You can edit and share it during that period. The guest link closes when access ends.
