We offer a full refund if you notify us within 14 days after purchase.
When a purchase is refunded and cancelled, its paid editing access and hosted guest invitation close. Its link and QR code will no longer open the invitation. Submitting this form alone does not issue money or change access; we first identify the purchase and arrange the refund.
For a cancellation covered by our 14-day offer, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Your bank may take additional time to show it.
